Our Commitment

Twin Oaks Tree Service is committed to respecting your privacy. This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as well as similar US state privacy laws that grant consumers the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Current Status: We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

Twin Oaks Tree Service does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CCPA/CPRA.

This means:

• We do not sell your name, email, phone number, or any other PII to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties.
• We do not share your information with third parties for the purpose of serving you targeted ads across other websites or services.
• We do not participate in data exchanges, data cooperatives, or similar arrangements that would constitute a "sale" under applicable law.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics) who process data solely on our behalf and under contractual obligations that prohibit them from selling or using the data for their own purposes. These disclosures are not considered "sales" under CCPA/CPRA.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Under CCPA/CPRA, certain uses of advertising cookies and tracking pixels may constitute "sharing" of personal information. We currently do not deploy any advertising or marketing tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, we will:

• Update our Cookie Policy to reflect the new tools.
• Require affirmative opt-in consent before activating such technologies.
• Honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as valid opt-out requests.
• Provide a clear opt-out mechanism on this page.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Although we do not currently sell or share personal information, you may submit an opt-out request at any time. We will honor the request and maintain a record of your preference. You may submit your request through any of the following methods:

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm information that matches records we already hold (e.g., email address, phone number). We will not require you to create an account to submit or verify a request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written proof of authorization (signed permission or power of attorney) and may independently verify your identity.

Non-Discrimination

Twin Oaks Tree Service will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service because of an opt-out request.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to 45 additional days), we will notify you in writing and explain the reason for the extension.

Changes to This Notice

If our data practices change and we begin selling or sharing personal information, we will update this page with opt-out instructions and mechanisms before any such activity begins.
